LeMatic's Dry Bun Pan Cleaner uses two-stage brushing and dual-action air/vacuum to remove debris from bun pans inline at up to 100 FPM — no water, no chemicals, and no compressed-air cylinder lines. The gear-motor power lift eliminates the most common failure point on traditional pan cleaners.

Two-Stage Brushing Action
Aggressively loosens debris from the top and sides of bun pans as they pass through the first stage, dislodging even baked-on residue.
Dual-Action Air / Vacuum Head
A counter-balanced air and vacuum head removes all dislodged debris. Includes a regenerative blower and debris collection system.
Gear Motor Power Lift
Eliminates compressed-air lines and cylinder replacement — reducing maintenance costs and downtime significantly over the life of the machine.
Flexible Conveyor Integration
Mounts directly on your existing conveyor. Optional LeMatic floor-standing conveyor available in level or inclined configurations.
Included Vacuum System
The vacuum system is included with the Dry Bun Pan Cleaner and configured to your facility's requirements. It features a two-stage filter, a 10 HP motor, a bag shaker, metal collection drums, and rigid ductwork routed to within 600mm of the pick-up area.
